               Welcome to the Assumption Community. We are located at 715 First Street North, in Cold Spring, Minnesota just minutes west of St. Cloud state highway 23. 

     In 2013, Assumption Home will celebrate 50 years of dedicated service to the community. Our mission is to pursue excellence in providing a continuum of health and residential services for over 250 older adults. Our defining goals are to promote human dignity, quality of living; to server older adults with respectful recognition of each person's privacy, dignity, worth and wholeness; and, to provide a Christian environment for all regardless of race, creed or color. 

     While visiting our site, be sure you look over the many services we provide in Assumption Home, John Paul and Assumption Court Apartments, Assumption Community Therapy(ACT), Assumption Home Care, and Assumption Community Services, where we provide services such as home delivered meals, and Rural Stearns Faith-in-Action services.
