John Paul Apartments is an independent living community for seniors (62 or older) that desire affordable living and enjoy an active, leisurely way of life in comfortable surroundings. Rents are based on income, and are calculated using HUD Section 8 guidelines.

John Paul Apartments is nestled in a scenic location next to historic Brewery Creek and the activities of school playgrounds. Its central location provides convienient access to Assumption Home and downtown Cold Spring, MN.

John Paul Apartments offers a security system, elevators, indoor trash collection, laundry facilitites, a meal program, a comfortable reception area for guests, library, and a community room to entertain family and friends.

We also offer weekly shopping trips to the downtown area, recreational and social events, access to spiritual services in the Assumption Home Chapel, a dining room, sundry shop, beauty shop, pool table, an emergency call system, "File-of-Life" and "I'm OK" wellness checks.

Our Residential Service Coordinator, Laura Sakry, provides services to all residents at no extra charge. Services provided include: case management, referals to community resources, service monitoring, volunteer support, social networking, and education programs.
