Assumption Court

This modern 59-unit community for seniors (55 or older) provides apartments within a convienient and comfortfortable setting. Rents are market-based and priced according to the size and features of each unit.

Located adjacent to the east side of Assumption Home, this facility provides housing in a safe and secure environment complemented by courteous, friendly, 24-hour staff.

Assumption Court was designed to offer privacy and independence. Each apartment has a complete kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), full bath(s), and walk-in closets. An emergency call system, air conditioning, and entrance intercom are also provided. Units with dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer are available.

Common spaces include a dining room, card room, library, fireplace lounge, party room, and family rooms. Campus amenities include: activities, social services, spiritual care, beauty shop, sundry shop, heated indoor parking, cozy porches, and access to medical and therapeutic services. Assumption Court is proud to be a smoke-free building and pets are not permitted. Service coordination is available to all residents at no extra charge. Services provided include: case management, referrals to community resources, service monitoring, volunteer support, social networking, and education programs.

Assumption Court is licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Housing with Services Establishment. Assumption Health Services offers 24-hour Home Care services that allow residents to contract for a variety of needs. Assumption Home Care may be contacted by calling 320-685-4110.
