Assumption Home Care

This is our newly created Class A Home Care Department also licensed by the state of Minnesota and is in the process of becoming Medicare Certified.

Service will be provided in your own home which could be a private house, apartment, assisted living etc... basically wherever you call home. We will service the Rocori area (approximately a 10 mile radius of Cold Spring) in Stearns County Minnesota. Maximum service area within a 20 mile radius of Cold Spring, MN. (Inquiries outside of this service area will be decided on case by case basis.)
